Drift North Vacation Rentals provides full-service property management for lake homes, cabins, and resort properties across the Birchwood and greater Northwoods area. Our approach is intentionally hands-on and locally rooted. From guest communication and booking management to property care, vendor coordination, and marketing, every detail is managed with the same level of care we would give our own home.
Unlike large national management companies, Drift North operates locally from Birchwood, Wisconsin, allowing us to respond quickly, oversee properties personally, and maintain strong relationships with trusted local cleaners, maintenance professionals, and service providers.
Our Drift North office and shop in downtown Birchwood also serves as a local hub for guests and property owners, offering a place for questions, support, and Northwoods hospitality throughout the season.
We work with a limited number of lake homes and resort properties each season.
