Our downtown Birchwood vacation rental shop gives property owners a local place to be seen. We can feature your rental through property information, photographs, brochures, and QR codes that take guests directly to your booking page.

When visitors walk into the shop, call, or ask us where to stay, we can personally recommend properties that match their needs. This provides valuable local visibility, foot traffic, and personal referrals without requiring full-service property management.

Locally Sourced Welcome Gifts

We create thoughtful welcome gifts for vacation rental guests, real estate clients, and special occasions. Packages can include farm-fresh eggs, local honey, maple products, and other meaningful Northwoods touches customized to your property, occasion, and budget.

We will package everything beautifully and deliver it locally or arrange a convenient pickup.
